As Chief Human Resources Executive, Tisha Langford identifies, hires, develops, and retains top performers. Her work at DB&A also encompasses three broad areas, employee engagement, advocacy and succession planning. She is also heavily focused on ensuring that a Management Consultants transition process from project to project is consistently supported and executed.

Tisha believes there is little opportunity for future success without succession and is most excited about identifying and developing future leaders whose growth and progression is supported by all levels of DB&A.

Prior to joining DB&A, Tisha was an Executive Consultant for a wide ray of companies within the business organizational behavior industry. Simultaneously, she provided executive consulting services for Cummins Diesel Engine Company where she previously served as a Senior Executive of Human Resources for ten years. Tisha also has operations management experience gained while employed in a leadership capacity with Deutsche Lufthansa AG.

Tisha earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Accounting in 1999 and also a Bachelors of Science Degree in Human Resources Management in 1998. She holds a Black Belt Six Sigma Certification and also obtained an Executive Certificate after successfully completing the Advanced Executive Management Curriculum at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
