As Vice President of Finance & Administration, Morgan Buffington primarily serves the employees of DB&A in various capacities. Morgan also supports Operations and Analysis in the procurement and contracting process.

In 1992, Morgan obtained a BA in History from Furman University. Morgan also earned an MBA, with an emphasis in Finance, from Clemson University in 1998.
Before joining DB&A, Morgan worked for Fluor Corporation in Human Resources. At Fluor, he worked in the home office, field construction, and facilities and plant services groups.  Morgan also worked as a Commercial Loan Officer serving a portfolio of business clients ranging from one million to twenty-five million dollars in annual revenues at BB&T. He has served DB&A for over 17 years.

Morgan enjoys tennis, live music, trying new slow-cook recipes on the BGE, and spending time on the lake with family and friends.
