Neil’s area of expertise is understanding how well organizations execute against their processes and what role management plays in driving a culture of execution excellence.

Neil leads a team of between 5-15 Associates and Senior Executives on 2-week assessments/due diligence efforts of client operations to identify performance improvement opportunities. His and his team has identified over $400 million in productivity improvements and cost savings. He has also sold over $100 million in new projects and follow-on work. DB&A is fortunate to have such a dedicated leader leading us, hopefully for another 10 years!
