Pam Val plays a key role in helping organizations unlock operational performance. Her primary responsibility is to identify companies that would benefit from DB&A’s services and guide them through a collaborative analysis process. Working closely with clients and DB&A’s internal teams, Pam ensures alignment between client needs and the firm’s core operational improvement capabilities.

Pam brings over 25 years of diverse experience in entrepreneurship, executive leadership, and sales. Prior to joining DB&A in 2017, she founded and led a successful consumer packaged goods company, where she managed all facets of the business—from manufacturing and supply chain to marketing, finance, and overall P&L oversight. Her brand achieved widespread retail distribution across North America, including at Walmart, Amazon, and Target.
Before her entrepreneurial venture, Pam spent over a decade in information technology sales, further deepening her understanding of how to drive growth and solve complex business challenges.

After selling her company, Pam sought her next challenge—one that would allow her to leverage her operational expertise to help others. She found that opportunity at DB&A, a management consulting firm focused on delivering lasting, measurable improvement across a range of industries. In her role, Pam partners with CEOs and senior executives to help them maximize the effectiveness of their operations and leadership teams.
