Steve leads the Managed Services Team which continues the partnership and support for our clients through a customized IT solution and primarily focuses on:

• Supplemental accountability
• Business advisement
• Training and development of client partners in leadership positions
• Driving continuous improvement

Tailored approaches are uniquely designed for each client and business climate, the Managed Services Team supports the continued transformation of organizations through leadership, behavioral and cultural change.

Before joining the Managed Services organization, Steve held many leadership positions within DB&A’s Operations Team and has been a valued member serving in various capacities over the last 23 years. Most recently, over the last 5 years, he has led project engagements with our clients in a variety of industries such as pulp and paper, steel, government, automotive and engineering.

Steve earned an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a focus in Economics. He is an active volunteer with the Houston Veterans support group “CHAMPS” as well as the Houston Food Bank.
