Matthew leads DB&A’s Managed Services team, an organization focused on continuing support for our clients through supplemental accountability, advising on business change, training and developing management, and driving continuous improvement. With tailored approaches unique to each client and business climate, we support the continued transformation process of organizations through behavioral and cultural change to achieve results.
Before joining the Managed Services organization, Matthew spent time in DB&A’s Operations organization, both consulting and leading project teams. Prior to joining DB&A in 2014, Matthew worked in operations management.
Matthew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas, with a focus on entrepreneurship, supply chain & logistics, and international business.
Matthew enjoys volunteering, traveling, bird watching, and most of all, spending time with his wife Lauren.
