Mick MontesiRegional Vice President of Sales
As Regional Vice President of Sales, Mick’s role is to meet with prospective clients at the executive level to communicate DB&A’s value proposition and acquire new business.
Mick earned a BA in Economics from Amherst College and an MBA with a specialization in Human Capital Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Prior to joining DB&A, Mick worked in sales and operations for the aerospace manufacturing industry and managed the business development team of an energy consulting firm. Mick is passionate about delivering solutions to clients that human capital in order to improve productivity and profitability without requiring an increase in spending.
